Boston – growing up!

So, remember this little guy?

He is not so little anymore. He is, in fact, right around the corner from being a full-on toddler. How did this happen? When did he stop being a baby and turn into a little boy??
Boston1

Aww. He still melts my heart. He is going to be turning the big 1 in a few weeks, and we are busy planning the big par-tay. Expect photos, naturally.

Attitude? Personality? Nah….he really doesn’t have much of either.

I have become Great Aunt Margie.

G1
So, is there anything worse than being a kid and seeing an old family friend (or, like your Great Aunt Margie) only to hear them exclaim, “Look how BIG you are! I remember when you were just little…blah blah blah”

Gah. I totally did it. I was THAT family friend. I know. I used to babysit these kids years ago. See the little one there? I remember when she was born, and I couldn’t believe how much she has grown! I know. Hopefully we had enough fun on the shoot to erase that little adult faux pas and keep me being the cool family friend!

G2

We took these photos in their beautiful backyard. There were so many cool spots to photograph in, I loved the entire thing!

This girl is sweet, fun and an amazing dancer. She is very dedicated to dancing and I can’t wait to see where she goes with it…big things are in store for her!

This little lady had so much spunk. She definitely LOVED to pose, we had a blast together!@\

Twins!

When the mom of these two cuties contacted us about scheduling a shoot, we wanted something fun and different. Being winter, most of our outdoor locations are pretty dead looking or a little too hard to manage with 18 month old twins. Then we realized….why not take advantage of Utah’s awesome winters? (We are famous for our snow…)

Snow it was. These two showed up looking darling and ready to play!

Sweet Baby Ayden

This little guy is a heartbreaker. At four weeks old.

A few minutes into our session and I was already wrapped around his little finger. And it only took a few minutes longer than that for him to make it very clear that HE was in charge. Not me.

Tired as he may be, he was NOT going to sleep and nothing we could do would make him.

I didn’t mind though. How could I? Just look at his lil’ face…

This just might be my favorite…

Why hello, Bright Eyes!

Sleeping or not, I think he’s pretty darn cute.

Thanks for a fun afternoon, Baby Ayden and Mama Heather!

Baby Everly – 6 months old!

Easiest Baby To Photograph In The Entire Universe.

It is without any hesitation whatoever that I present this coveted award to Miss Everly.

As my cousin’s darling daughter, she must know that we are related.  My photo-loving genes must have been passed on to her.  Somehow…

I shot this little darling right after her six month birthday.  I don’t think we could have timed it any better.  She was ALL smiles the WHOLE session.

Let me say that again.  She was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT.  My job has never been easier.

See??  Smiles, laughs, giggles…anything a happy person does.

Will you CHECK OUT THE EYES ON THIS CHILD?! Holy gorgeous.

Again with the smiles and happiness.  Just in case you forgot…

And of course, here are a few with her sweet mama.

Miss E looks a lot like her papa, but she is definitely her mother’s child.  I love this photo.

This session was so much fun for me to shoot.  Thanks Miss Everly and Courtney!!

If you’re wanting some photos of your child, six months is an ideal age to photograph them.  They can smile and interact with a lot of personality, but they can’t escape too far yet!  Contact us at everylittlemomentphoto@yahoo.com if you’d like to book a session for your little one.

Cutler – 6 months

We spent a fun afternoon in the park with Cutler and his mom a few weeks ago. Cutler was darling…all smiles and giggles, he loved the camera!

He loved laying in the grass, but we had to be careful. Like most babies, everything within reach went straight into his mouth, including sticks, rocks and leaves.

Is there anything cuter than chubby little baby hands and feet? I’m not sure there is.

Williams Family

We spent a cold winter afternoon with the cute Williams family. Luckily for us, even though it was cold there was no snow!

Mom had all the kids dressed to a T like little GAP models. And model they did!! The boys LOVED the camera and wanted to pose every chance they got.

Hello, beautiful eyes!!

Cute Mom & Daughter…

Check out the little flirty in the back. He was a crack up the entire shoot. He had so many ideas on where he should stand and who should be in each photo…as soon as he saw that camera lens he turned the charm on!

We got some gorgeous, warm sunlight. Mid afternoon in the winter is so pretty!

And for something fun and a little different:

Thanks for a fun (and cold!) afternoon guys! you were so much fun to run around with, and your adorableness (is that a word?) makes our job VERY easy!!

Abbie – Age 3

I spend the morning with Abbie and her mom to get some photos for Abbie’s third birthday. She is such a cutie and the funniest 3 year old I know. She had a blast playing with my sun shade and other props and could hardly sit still. I had to work quickly to get her to look at the camera, but when she did…!

Hello, beautiful eyes! She has such a fun personality and it really shows in her photos.

Abbie is your typical little girl and loves-what else-dressing up! Her mom got her this cute fairy outfit and said she wants to wear it everywhere she goes.

Abbie tried to fly while playing fairy and fell and skinned her knee. Luckily it was at the end of the shoot, so we dried her tears and told her we could be done. She insisted we take one more of her and her “owie!”

Abbie – I had so much fun hanging out with you and your mom. Sorry about the scraped knee!

Everyone else – Stay tuned! We have been suuuuuper busy and have lots of shoots coming up in the next few weeks, including:

-Shelly & Danny’s engagement session

-3 local family sessions

-McKenna’s 1-year old session

-2 out-of-state weddings (Wisconsin, here we come!)

-1 out-of-state family session (California!)

-1 out-of-town reception (Sunny St. George, UT)

Whew! I think we are going to need a serious vacation after all that travel! Remember, we are always thrilled to shoot in new places, so if your upcoming wedding is out of state, or you and your family don’t live inside Utah, no problem! Contact us about travel packages!

Baby J

Welcome to the world, Baby J! Only 15 days old and he’s already breaking some hearts. Seriously, how can you resist a face like that? I could not get enough of his teeny baby cheeks.

Or his teeny baby toes.

Unfortunately, he only wanted to sleep for the first five minutes of our session. After that, all he wanted was to be held by his Mama. We obliged.

We sure managed to tire him out pretty quickly though.

Thanks for letting us ruin your nap time little J. We can’t wait to see the person you’ll become!

Baby B

We had a fun, girlie shoot the other day with baby B and her mom. I first met her when we took some pictures for her mom’s new purse business, The Posie Patch. (They are so cute! go check them out at www.theposiepatch.org) It’s been a few months and she has grown! She is thisclose to walking and has such a cute personality.

We started out a a park in AF. She loved playing in the grass!

She is at that stage where everything within her reach goes into her mouth…whether it be leaves, sticks or bugs.

Don’t you love that chubby baby face?

After the park we headed back to the studio for some fun tu-tu shots.

She was a quick little bugger. We had to sit her where we wanted and snap it as fast as possible…she escaped many times.

She has the biggest most gorgeous eyes I have ever seen!

We are so excited to announce a new product – story boards! They are a large 15×30 print matted on a thick board..perfect to display your favorite photos in a unique way! They can be framed or displayed as-is. They make a great Mothers Day, Fathers Day or Grandparent gift as well!
