Annalee

Aubrey and I spent such an incredible day with Annalee doing her bridal portraits. It’s tough to find a good location in the middle of March when all the snow is melted, but everything is still dead.
We were able to find two awesome places and I think they turned out beautiful. (It also helps that Annalee is drop dead gorgeous. It sure makes our job easier.)
We started out the day at the Tahitian Noni Gardens. Annalee’s mom and Aunt Tammy tagged along, which made for a great morning.

Check out her gorgeous eyes and perfect skin!

I’ve been in a very vintage phase lately, and I think this photo works perfectly.

There were SOOO many veil shots that I’m in love with. It was so hard to choose.

More vintage. I love her expression here.

Again, drop dead gorgeous.

Another stunning veil shot.

The weather was so beautiful. The sun stayed hidden until the exact moment we were ready for it to come out. It made for perfect lighting.

After we were done at the gardens, we all piled in the car and headed up to Salt Lake City. We finished off the session at the AMAZING Rio Grande Train Station. The giant windows let in TONS of gorgeous, natural light and the beautiful architecture makes this my new favorite location.

Gorgeous railings of natural wood and wrought iron.

My favorite shot of the day. It’s so powerful!

Check out her darling shoes! Such a cute touch.

More vintage…

Not your typical bridal portrait, but I think she looks gorgeous here.

All natural light! The stairwells were incredible.

And then outside for a few more…

…where we found a hidden treasure! I’m a sucker for old signs.

Annalee, we had such an awesome time shooting your bridal portraits. They turned out beautiful and we hope you love them!

Vegas, Baby

Aubrey and I just returned from Vegas and wow, it was AMAZING! We attended WPPI 2008 (that’s Wedding and Portrait Photographers International for all you lay people.)
We spent Saturday through Wednesday in Vegas with our awesome photo friends Amy and Kelly.
We had SUCH a blast with you girls!!

Our week was jam packed with some awesome classes, and of course, parties!
Sunday night we hit up the Photography Mentor party at a posh penthouse at Mandalay Bay and then made an appearance at the Celebrity Suite at The Palms for the Pixel 2 Canvas party.

Click here to see some more photos of our adventures.

The Photography Mentor party was awesome and we got to rub elbows with some photography ROCK STARS: Jesh de Rox, [b]ecker, Jessica Claire, and LaCour. It was incredible.

Here’s us with Jesh de Rox:

and Becker:

We didn’t take many of our own photos, but you can check out this and this by the Lovecat herself, Anne Ruthmann

Anne also co-hosted our Monday night adventure with the Pay It Forward Blog. We chilled at the iBar at The Rio for a ROCKING party full of free stuff! I won my own set of Totally Rad Actions and Aubrey won a 16×20 Canvas Gallery Wrap from WHCC!

I actually have a photo of this one! Here’s me and Amy with our new buddy, Phil from New Yawk.

Unfortunately, this was the only photo of mine that actually turned out. It was way too late at night to get anything in focus, as you can see here:

As you can see, I didn’t take this one, so you can’t blame the bad photos ENTIRELY on me.

But apparently, I take a better photo of the casino than of the people in it.

Luckily, there are more awesome people who take better photos than me. Check out the party from Abby’s perspective.

And look! One of our most favorite companies ever, KISS wedding books had another photo booth at the trade show. Naturally, we had to show off their gorgeous albums!
(Note to our clients: We are now offering these BEAUTIFUL, leatherbound, flush-mount albums, so ask us for more info!)

So basically, it was the best week ever. I know I didn’t really talk about anything photography, but the parties are more flashy. We did get some GREAT learning in the classes we attended. Jesh de Rox and Jared Bauman’s presentations were by far my favorite.
It was definitely a great experience and we hope we can do it again next year!!

And of course, there is only one way to spend your last night in Vegas:

New Website!!

Announcing the brand new and improved: www.everylittlemomentphotography.com

Picture 1

After much work, it is finally online. It’s not completely finished, but we wanted to reveal the fruits of our labor! We’ll be adding a few more info sections, our wedding gallery, and some other tweaking, but you get the idea.
(If you notice a typo or screw-up, feel free to let us know about it :)

This baby is bigger and badder than ever before. The new and improved galleries let you view our photos larger than life. The client proofing feature will let you see your photos sooner than ever! It’s pretty much sweet all the way around.

Just a note for our clients:
We are no longer offering CD’s with our portrait packages. All proofing will be done via our website. We are still offering CD’s with our wedding packages.
Also, be sure to check out our new price list as our package rates and print prices have changed.
