UPDATE!! We must apologize to our current bidders. We’ve made the decision to extend our auction until NEXT Saturday, September 13th. We’re sorry to mess things up, but since this is a donation for Stephanie and Christian, we think we can do a little bit better. We hope to do as much as possible to ease the heavy burden that has befallen the Nielsen family. Even though what we can raise will not be nearly enough, we want to do our part. So please, BE GENEROUS!

If you have spent any amount of time in the blog universe, you may have heard of NieNie. If you haven’t, you have now. NieNie (Stephanie) and her husband Christian were involved in a serious airplane crash just a few weeks ago. They both have serious injuries and are requiring an enormous amount of medical care. They have four small children who must now be cared for by friends and family and the medical bills are piling up.

Aubrey and I have decided to help, so we are are auctioning off a photo shoot with all the proceeds going to Stephanie and Christian. That’s right, one portrait session is up for grabs. It includes a one to two hour session, online proofing gallery, one 11×14 or two 8×10 prints, and ten 4×6 prints. Additionally, if you’re the winner and wish to purchase more prints or a CD, the profits will go to NieNie as well!

Now that you’re excited, there a just a few more things to know:
The photo shoot must be in Utah County. If you are the winner and are not in Utah County, please contact us for travel rates.
This photo shoot has a value of $150, but please, be generous! All of the profits are going to Stephanie and Christian. We want to help them as much as we can.
The starting bid is $50. Please bid in at least $20 increments.
If you wish to bid, leave a comment below. Please include your name, email address, and bid amount.
The auction starts now and will close at midnight on Saturday, September 6th.
